Traveler Uses AirTag to Find Luggage After Airline Lost It
"When an airline claimed they didn't know where her luggage was, a passenger checked her Find My app and saw her bag was actually at a different airport miles away from her destination. She showed the location data to the airline staff, who were then able to redirect the bag to her correctly. Without the AirTag, she would have been left in the dark for days."
